Bon sinon, il est quelque peu choquant de constater le nombre d'occurrences que l'on trouve sur news.google.fr en tapant: grande pompe sarkozy. Pas moins de 212 à l'heure où j'écris ce post! Même le pourtant très sarkozyste ou plutôt le très bruniste (bruni-tedechiste?) L'Express de Christophe Barbier s'y met! Si, si, regardez plutôt là.

Grands, certes. Mais là, contrairement à bien d'autres domaines, la chirurgie esthétique n'a encore rien trouvé pour régler cette disgrâce question.
